In this article, we will be explaining three ways on how to track all currently supported iPhones on any Android device.

How to Track an iPhone With an Android Browser 

Find My is Apple’s device tracker, so it’s a great choice for locating a missing iPhone. It does require you to have already set up Find My on the iPhone, but after that it’s incredibly easy to find an iPhone from an Android. All you need is a web browser.

Tips: When setting up Find My, enable the Send Last Location option. This ensures a location can be determined if the battery dies. If your iPhone is running iOS 15 or later, however, you can still find its location even if the device is powered off.

• Log in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID/Apple Account.

If you’re doing this from a phone that isn’t your own, be sure to use Chrome in incognito mode (other browsers have similar options). That way none of your personal information will be remembered when you’re done.

• Select Find My.

• Click on the device you want to locate. You’ll see its current or most recent location on the map.

• There are a few additional options on this screen (pictured above) that might be useful to you depending on where you lost your iPhone:

• Play Sound helps if your phone is nearby.

• Mark As Lost locks your iPhone so nobody else can get in.

• Erase This Device will wipe the iPhone remotely.

Note: If the browser is in incognito mode, be sure to exit the open tab and close the browser to log out of iCloud.

How to Track an iPhone Location With Google Maps 

You can also track your iPhone with Google Maps but, much like Find My, you have to turn on tracking before your phone goes missing.

Note: To be able to make use of this method, Google Maps must be installed and location access needs to be turned on for the iPhone. To do this, click on your profile image at the top of the Google Maps iPhone app, go to Settings > Personal content, and confirm that Location Services and Timeline are both on.

• Open Google Maps Timeline from the Android and log in to the same account used on the iPhone. Any web browser should work.

• Click on the date your phone went missing.

• Zoom in to find the most recent dot on the map. This is where Google Maps last tracked your iPhone.

How to Track an iPhone With a GPS Tracking App 

Phone tracker app is also a good tool for locating a lost or stolen iPhone. However, the app must be installed before the phone goes missing.

Use an app compatible with both iOS and Android such as Life360. Have a friend with an Android device install the same app so that should the iPhone ever need to be found, it just takes a simple glance at the app to locate it.
