FaceTime is an Apple service that allows you to make video and audio calls over your wi-fi or mobile phone for free.

To use FaceTime voicemail on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps below:

1. Ensure FaceTime is Enabled: Open the Settings app on your device and tap on “FaceTime”. Ensure the FaceTime toggle switch is turned on.

2. Set Up FaceTime: If you haven’t set up FaceTime before, you’ll need to sign in with your Apple ID and follow the on-screen prompts to activate the service. Make sure you’re connected to a stable internet connection.

3. Missed FaceTime Call: When you miss a FaceTime call from someone, you’ll see a “Missed” label below their name in the FaceTime app. It indicates that they tried to call you, but you didn’t answer the FaceTime call.

4. Access FaceTime Voicemail: Click on the “Missed” label to open the call details screen. At the bottom, you’ll find the “Voicemail” option. Tap on it to access FaceTime voicemail for that particular call.

5. Listen to FaceTime Voicemail: In the FaceTime Voicemail interface, you’ll see a list of voicemail messages. click on a voicemail message to listen to it. You can also swipe left on a voicemail to see options like returning the call or deleting the message.

6. Playback Controls: While listening to a FaceTime voicemail, you have playback controls to pause, rewind, or skip forward within the message. Use these controls to navigate through the voicemail message.

7. Delete or Return the Call: After listening to a FaceTime voicemail, you can choose to delete it or return the call. If you tap on the phone icon, FaceTime will automatically dial the person who left the voicemail.

8. Manage Voicemail Settings: For more control over FaceTime voicemail, you can open the FaceTime settings by going to the Settings app, tapping on “FaceTime,” and then selecting “Customize Notifications” or “Blocked Contacts.” Here, you can adjust your voicemail greeting, manage blocked contacts, and customize voicemail notifications.

You can now use FaceTime voicemail to manage missed calls and listen to messages left by your contacts.
